BIOGRAPHY

More About Me

I am a retired physician offering services as a Health Coach in all areas of Health, Nutrition, Wellness and Illness.

My career began as a Public Health Nurse in a community clinic in Juneau, Alaska.  After receiving an M.D. degree, I specialized in Internal Medicine and Cardiology in Minnesota.

I was enjoying life and my medical practice when I developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It took me to my knees. I went from climbing mountains in Alaska to barely climbing a flight of stairs. I could no longer practice medicine, I lost my financial security, social life, and my ability to kayak and climb mountains. The intersection of my life with CFS was devastating.

However, finding my way through the loss of health has shown me it is possible to find new meaning, purpose, and vitality after a devastating diagnosis. This is why I am passionate about Health Coaching and want to help you achieve your optimal health and vitality.
